Areas of my Game:
Business- Create additional $250,000 in revenues. Health- Return to the health life_style_ that was a part my my last game. Relationships- Build stronger relationships with those around me, including my family and girlfriend. ---------------------------------------
I am currently 2.5 weeks into my 2nd game with True Allies. My first two weeks were full of successes, and I came to realize that maybe I was being too easy on myself and not stretching enough.
I have adjusted my game slightly to make up for this. I now award myself with 3 points for every connection to Bob Dorfman, instead of the 5 points I was previously awarding. This helps to put all the aspects of my game into greater balance, and also ensures that I focus on all aspects of my game in equal amounts.
Since I made the adjustments, I have failed on Monday(3/8), and Tuesday(3/9) was a success. I have learned that if I dont get a connection to Bob on any one day, my focus needs to be making at least 15 cold calls that day, and also getting full points in all other areas of my game.
I'm excited to see what the coming weeks will bring.

Craig: Great to see you on the board. Lets keep those creative, reflective juices flowing here. Peter Drucker, who is a management guru and has written many best selling books once said that he keeps a journal religously. he said that after making a major decision he will write about it and then go back years later to review that decision and learn from it. Its the beginning of week 4, and the 2nd week since i've made some adjustments to my game. Given the adjustments I'm finding it much more difficult to get a pass on the day, but I'm up for the challenge.
Monday(3/15) was a very successful day- I had the most points since i made the adjustments to my game. I had a connection to Bob, and was able to get 20 cold calls. Also success in my health game continues as I have been flossing and running regularly, and I have a goal of running every day this week. My relationships continue to improve as i have two focuses (1) Unexpected acts of kindness to family and girlfriend, (2) focusing on staying present in all relationships.
Overall happy where I'm at, I just need to focus on passing each day, and continuing to challenge myself to get the most out of this experience.

My games is progressing nicely.
I have been getting connections to Bob pretty consistently every week. I had 4 last week, 2 so far this week, and hopefully 2 more tomorrow. These connections are really paying off as some of them are turning into real business.
I have adjusted my health game slightly, and now instead of just running on my treadmill every day, I have a goal of going to the gym 3 days per week. I went on Mon and Wed, so I need to go tomorrow morning to reach my goal for the week.
My relationships have been stronger than ever, both with my girlfriend and family. I have recently found out that my grandmother needs heart surgery, and i have been able to use the tool of staying present with my family to stay strong and helpful through this difficult time.
I am also trying to get into the daily habit of mind dumping and time blocking. It has been something I do about once a week, but I want it to become part of my daily routine so as to have the greatest effect.

At about the halfway point in the game.
Seen a little bit of a lull in motivation last week, but a major focus of mine this week was to rebound and have a strong, consistent week. As of today, I have passed every day, and in order to pass tomorrow i need to make sure I go to the gym and hit at least 20 cold calls on the day.
Connections to bob has been down this week vs. the previous two weeks, and I need to concentrate on coming up with new ideas that help to generate fresh leads. This will be vital in reaching my business goal of generating an additional $250k in revenue during this 3 month time period.
My health game remains strong, and I am getting into the habit of going to they gym 3 days per week. I continue to floss at least once a day and its amazing how that has become second nature to me at this point.
My relationships are continuing to evolve, both with my family and girlfriend. The time and attention that I give them, focusing on staying present when we are together, is definitely noticed and much appreciated.
I have consistently been mind dumping and time blocking this week, and it has felt really good to have this become a part of my daily routine. I know it will be a challenge to maintain this performance in the weeks to come but I am up for it. Using the skills and habits that I am developing should make me well prepared to have a strong second half of this game.

I have made a commitment to start focusing on the fundamentals of my game more so than I have been.
Last week was my first full week of mind dumping and time blocking, and I can see the benefit of this being something i do daily, rather than weekly.
During this game I have not devoted much time to falling still. In my first game it was definitely a focus of mine, but I have come away from it and and would like to start using this tool again. So far this week, I have been falling still in between most of my tasks, and now I am beginning to time block it into my day.
Journaling is also something I would like to improve upon. I had been journaling about once a week for the first half of this game, and I would like to have a goal of journaling at least twice a week for the remainder.
I know that focusing on these fundamentals will assist me in reaching all of my goals by the time our 90 days has ended.
