Peachtree Roadrace coming up July 4th. This one is big. Prize fight. Time to step up toe-to-toe and whup it.

My goal is 45 minutes. This would be a 8 min + improvement from April 10th run but I know it can be done with dedication to diet, running, and living healthy.

My weight goal for the game is to drop 15 lbs - 175 to 160 - Right now I'm lingering around 166 but I'm confident of being able to push through my goal by game's end.

Here is my Trunning Schedule:

Monday | Friday

Morning – 6:30 3 miles

Tuesday | Thursday

Cardio Circuit after yoga -
Jump Rope 5min X3, Running class @ 5:30 - attend once a week

Saturday or Sunday

Extended Hill Run for 1 hour
Rest on off day
