Yesterday was a good day. I had a lot of meetings and a lot of things happened. I feel like I'm the verge of a major breakthrough with business. A lot of things are coming together in terms of my systems and I feel the final ingredient is just a little more effort and detail to put it together.

I also did a "non-work internet" fast as a consequence yesterday. It was difficult, although i admit I cheated once to add an old friend who called me to my Facebook list. It was only 5 minutes though. I did use the time at home in the evening to spend some time chatting with my wife (while we watched television).
