The Game Results:
1. I did loose 25lbs it was a great challenge and It feels even better to have been successful.
2. The game fundamentals were very helpful, I did start to slack towards the end.
3. The office procedure, however not a completion the time I spent was very valuable.

In Summary:

I feel priviledged to have been a part of the Game, I feel a bit empty now that it is done like I did once I graduated from both High School and College.

After a bit of Rest and down time....I look forward ...

Well, its the end of 90 days and now its time to recap how I did over the last 90 days. This was my 10th game and the main focus was to focus on fundamentals, become more organized, and make time for more social, education, and spiritual activities

Work / Money:

 1. Obtain 5 New Large Clients ($1000+ monthly income) - I didnt lock in any contracts for over 1K a month from new clients. However, I did obtain 5 clients of medium size and have set the stage for turning some current projects into large m...

Feeling alot of emotional wear today. negative thoughts and emotions stemming from change. struggling to find my way in this new location. working out of the house has proven to be not in my best interest. i was extremely effective for the first couple weeks here in NYC out of the house but i feel i am outgrowing this environment and lacking the routine of suiting up .
i like the rythem of 6-8 days in Buffalo with the intention of simply meeeting clients and gettting the job done to go home. But i dont l...

Ok this is the final week of the game. What I will focus on this final week is what I wanted to focus on this entire game: The Fundamentals.

1) Daily Partner Call
2) Mind Dump Time Block
3) Falling Still Regularly
4) Journaling

Also, I want to make sure in this time of extreme busyness that I maintain my word and live my life to its utmost integrity. Do not make promises I cannot keep or do not truly intend to keep. Mostly, my problem is trying to do too much. Trying to always squeeze more in n...

God is not one

finding this book that i am reading to be very enlightening. dialogue by the author describes the 8 major religions of the world. what he describes is not only the good but also the bad. the differences between religion based on creed/doctrine or one based on faith and hope. some folks follow the law others follow thier heart. this seems to be a major difference between some religions and others. for example muslims who interpret the Koran as literal would find it as right to shed blood fo...

In the last couple of weeks I seem to have fallen behind in my journaling. Other game fundamentals have remained strong, such as mind dumping, time blocking and falling still. I will make it a point for the remainder of the game to get back to journaling regularly.

My focus in these last couple of weeks will be in my business game, trying to source an additional $50,000 of revenues for the company. To do this I will really try and up my cold calling effort reaching out to potential clients, and reconn...

Tired, tired, tired.

woke up at 4am to get on a plane and go to work. a long morning commute but definatly worth the time. its funny, the less time you have to work with the more you value and use that time to your advantage.

its 6pm and i am at the office. feeling the effects of a long commute and 4 and 1/2 hours of sleep. i think about joe- he is sleeping something like 5 hours a night on top of two birkram yoga sessions every day- he says he is more energized than he has ever been in his whole li...

Its interesting to look back at the progress that you achieved, but while you are achieving that progress it does not feel so significant.

last month i had a steller month. if i could duplicate that month for the next few years i would be king of the world in my field.

i didnt realize how significant the month was until i looked at the results. and i didnt realize how significant the month was until i came down off my high and i had to start with the grind work again.

it is so important to find ...

Been thinking alot about my purpose while reading Way of the Superior Man. The purpose that I must uphold and come back to before taking any decisive action.

What is my purpose, why it is it so elusive to put into words, in the past i have stated different purposes, the last I remember was to do everything with purpose but that really does not answer the question. Even to love and give my gifts fully seems to lack something.

If I had to state my ultimate purpose now:

To live with presence, clarit...

NYC

The feeling is a bit of desperation here. you can feel it in the nature of the being i am dealing with, mostly folks trying to sell you something. its not comfortable or personal. very much un-like buffalo.

dealt with two people in the last couple days in particular that treated me like an object of desire rather than a human being. a recruiter for a life insurance company. handed me a book of buy this and told me i should sell more life insurance. and a broker who asked me what my budget was bef...
